Returns & Refunds

ishga Australia Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your concerns or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.

Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and refund made by the same method that you made payment. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees. 

We cannot accept refunds or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to. We put the full list of ingredients on the website so please look at these carefully. 

All refunds are made at the discretion of ishga Australia Pty Ltd.
